Troubleshooting
- Task Widget Not Appearing
- Check you have clicked Tasks in the Widget Library and are on a Wavebox dashboard (not a regular tab or generic new tab page).
- Pop-Out Window Missing
- Use the 'magic wand' icon in Wavebox’s main toolbar to bring popped-out widgets to the front.
- To enable the magic wand, open main Settings > General > Appearance > Secondary window title bar > Click on the magic wand.
- Lost Tasks or Deleted Widget
- Removing the widget removes all tasks; there’s no undo. If they’re critical, share or duplicate the widget before deleting.
- Tasks Not Syncing on Another Computer
- Ensure that dashboards are included in sync: Go to: Settings > General > Data & Sync and look for 'Sync Status'. Then check that 'dashboards' are highlighted in green.
