Wavebox for Teams: Setting Up Consolidated Billing.

Wavebox for Teams enables you to give the benefits of Wavebox to everyone in your organization.

  • Consolidated billing is automatically setup when you buy team seats using the [Upgrade to Teams] option in the My Wavebox sidebar.
  • Note that consolidated billing is done at the Business level, not the team level.

1. Upgrade to Teams: Buy Seats

  • Go to ⚙️ Settings (bottom left) > My Wavebox to open the Admin Portal.
  • Click on Add People > Upgrade to Teams in the sidebar menu.
  • Use + to enter the number of seats you need for your team
  • Enter each user's Name and email address*
  • Click on Buy Seats to go to the Stripe Billing Portal
  • Contact support for a discount code for education, non-profits, and teams of 5 or more.

👍 Tip: Any existing Pro accounts will be converted into free Teams seats for the first billing period.

2. Managing Billing Details

After purchasing seats, a new Organization section will appear in the My Wavebox sidebar.

  • Click Billing in the Organization section of the My Wavebox sidebar.
  • On the consolidating billing summary page you will see:
    • Team Subscription - expiration date
    • Number of Seats
    • Renewal - expiration date
  • To change/edit your billing details, click on the [Billing Portal]. This opens your Stripe billing page, where you can edit your details.

3. Change the billing email address

  • From your Stripe billing page, click on Edit.
