Wavebox for Teams: Setting Up Consolidated Billing.
Wavebox for Teams enables you to give the benefits of Wavebox to everyone in your organization.
- Consolidated billing is automatically setup when you buy team seats using the [Upgrade to Teams] option in the My Wavebox sidebar.
- Note that consolidated billing is done at the Business level, not the team level.
1. Upgrade to Teams: Buy Seats

- Go to ⚙️ Settings (bottom left) > My Wavebox to open the Admin Portal.
- Click on Add People > Upgrade to Teams in the sidebar menu.
- Use + to enter the number of seats you need for your team
- Enter each user's Name and email address*
- Click on Buy Seats to go to the Stripe Billing Portal
- Contact support for a discount code for education, non-profits, and teams of 5 or more.
👍 Tip: Any existing Pro accounts will be converted into free Teams seats for the first billing period.
2. Managing Billing Details
After purchasing seats, a new Organization section will appear in the My Wavebox sidebar.
- Click Billing in the Organization section of the My Wavebox sidebar.
- On the consolidating billing summary page you will see:
- Team Subscription - expiration date
- Number of Seats
- Renewal - expiration date
- To change/edit your billing details, click on the [Billing Portal]. This opens your Stripe billing page, where you can edit your details.
3. Change the billing email address
- From your Stripe billing page, click on Edit.
