🔔 Wavebox Mini

A summary of all your unread items and notifications in one handy list. Pop-out to your desktop to stay updated all day long—event when not in Wavebox—and add to any dashboard.

Use the Mini to keep on top of:

  • All your different email accounts - the Mini is as close to a unified inbox as you can get.
  • All your chats and conversations.
  • All your client's accounts.
  • All you social media accounts.

Use any of the following options to pop-out the Mini to your desktop.

Add to the Toolbar

  • Right-click on any icon in the toolbar e.g. Brainbox
  • Choose 'Customize Toolbar'
  • Find the Wavebox Mini icon and toggle ON.

Keyboard Shortcut

  • Go to Settings > General Tab > Keyboard Shortcut > Application > Toggle Wavebox Mini.
  • Enter a custom shortcut into the text field.

System Tray Icon (macOS)

  • Click on the tray icon in the menu bar
  • Then choose 'Wavebox Mini' from the menu

  • Click on the ☰ Wavebox Menu top right.
  • Choose 'Wavebox Mini' to launch the pop-up window.

Add to a Dashboard

  • Navigate to any Dashboard
  • Click on [Add Widget] button top-right
  • Choose from these widgets:
    • Unread widget.
    • Unified Unread widget.
    • Notification.

Unified Unread Widget

  • A useful widget that lets you choose which groups to include in the unread list. For example, for a Client A Dashboard, you may only want to see unread's for Client A's accounts in the mini list.

Using the Mini - Overview

  • A single list of all items across spaces and groups.
  • Click any item to navigate to it.
  • Split into 4 views;
    • Unread - a list of new items arranged by Group. Click the down arrow to see the new items in the group and select an item to go there.
    • Unified - a list of new individual items across all spaces and groups. Click any item to go there.
    • Notifications - a list of new and recent desktop notifications across all spaces and groups.
    • Connect - see who is online and quickly start a chat, new audio/video call, or screenshare.
  • Lists are split into NEW items at the top, then EVERYTHING ELSE
  • Click on an item to clear it from the NEW list.
  • 'Focus mode' icon (bottom left) - click to show the Focus Mode panel.
  • 'Quit Wavebox' icon (bottom right) - click to shutdown Wavebox.
