Say 'šŸ‘‹ Hey' to our new pop-out AI agent to ask questions and learn more about Wavebox. Our AI agent has been trained on all things Wavebox to offer the best possible guidance to new and existing users.

🧠 Note that it is separate from Brainbox, our in-browser general AI assistant and creative writing tool.


Launch the Assistant

  • Hover over the Settings Cog in the bottom left.
  • Click on Wavebox Assistant.
  • A pop-out window will appear for you to place anywhere on your desktop.

Using the Assistant

Our AI agent has been trained only on Wavebox to offer the best possible guidance;

Input

  • Ask any question or enter a keyword relating to Wavebox
  • After asking an initial question, feel free to chat with the agent to get the information you need

Output

  • Replies are given in the context of Wavebox only
  • Replies are text-only, at the moment
  • Replies include links to KB articles, where relevant
  • If our Assistant doesn't know the answer, it will tell you
  • Don't hesitate to contact a human at support@wavebox.io if you get stuck.
