✅ Tooltips (Hover Menus)
Tooltips in Wavebox provide quick access to useful information and actions when you hover over a space, group, app, or tab. Below, you’ll find an overview of how to enable, customize, and use them—plus a few troubleshooting tips for common issues.
What Are Tooltips?
Tooltips are handy pop-ups that appear on hover:
- Space Tooltip: Hover over the circle icons at the top of the webdock. Displays the space name, description and link to Settings.
- Group Tooltip: Hover over the rounded squares in the webdock. Displays a preview the last 3 visited apps, unread counts and more.
- App Tooltip: Hover over any app icon in the webdock or tabstrip. Displays a preview the current page, access saved items, and jump to recent history items.
