✅ New User Masterclass

Masterclass is an interactive guide that walks you through Wavebox’s core features. It’s split into sections for new users (Apprentice) and more advanced users (High Flyer, Professional). By following along in-app, you’ll learn how to add apps, manage spaces, enable productivity tools, and more.

Getting Started

  1. Open Wavebox and look for the Settings (cog) icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Hover over the cog to reveal the quick-access menu.
  3. Click New User Masterclass to start the tutorial.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts. They’ll highlight buttons and features in real time, so you can learn by doing.
Tip: The Masterclass takes about 10 minutes. It starts with simple tasks (Apprentice), then moves on to more advanced features (High Flyer, Professional).

Restarting the Masterclass

If you’ve completed or dismissed the Masterclass, you can reopen it at any time:

  1. Click the Settings (cog) icon to open the main Settings window.
  2. Switch on Advanced at the top of the Settings page (if you’re not already in Advanced mode).
  3. Search for “Masterclass” in the Settings search bar.
  4. Select New User Masterclass (or Restart/Complete Masterclass) to launch it again.
Note: When you restart, your previous progress is reset. However, recent versions let you revisit earlier sections without repeating every step.

Using the Masterclass

As you work through the Masterclass, each step highlights parts of the Wavebox interface. For example, it may prompt you to:

  • Add Apps or Groups: Learn how to add Gmail, Slack, or other apps to Wavebox.
  • Customize Spaces: Organize apps and bookmarks into different spaces.
  • Use Productivity Tools: Explore Focus Mode, Brainbox AI, or custom notification sounds.

Keep clicking Next in the in-app prompts until you complete all sections. The Masterclass will move seamlessly from Apprentice basics to advanced lessons like pinning apps and using Smart Notes.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Complete all sections to discover features you may not know about—like Focus Mode and app pinning.
  • Hands-on learning: When the Masterclass prompts you to add an app or tweak a setting, do it in real time to reinforce the steps.
  • Keep Wavebox updated: Periodic updates may refresh or improve the Masterclass experience.
